living space, with oak flooring and under floor heating throughout,
flat screen television with satellite package, DVD player and
wi-fi broadband. Fully folding doors opening onto the ocean
facing balcony with table and chairs. Dining area with table
and seating for 4. Fully fitted kitchen, oven/hob dishwasher,
washer/dryer, fridge freezer, granite worktops. Master bedroom,
double bed, ensuite shower room, W.C ,basin heated towel rail.
Further bedroom, two single Beds. Bathroom with bath, shower
over, W.C basin and heated towel rail. The apartments will sleep
up to five – fold out sofa bed in living space. Surf
store to leave surf/body boards, along with the buckets and
spades. There is one designated parking space with lift access
